Why this matters for the country

What builders promise

    Every new data center, power plant or transmission line we build or lease in the United States will share a defined portion of the value it creates with the households of its host community.

    Early

    That share will be agreed before the first public hearing, not offered later to end opposition.

    Growing

    It will be indexed to the project, so it grows as the project grows.

    Visible

    It will be certified to the Visible Benefit Standard and posted, dollar for dollar, to a public ledger anyone can read.
